- Multiple vendors, one quote. Most solutions draw on more than one vendor’s technology. We bring it all together on a single quote, so procurement stays simple.
- Supply planned around your project. We work with our vendor partners around your project timelines, so equipment is planned to arrive when you need it and delays are kept to a minimum.

- Know where you stand. CyberKnowledge assesses your security posture against the frameworks you’re held to — the Essential Eight, SOCI, ISO/IEC 27001 or the PSPF — and sets out a prioritised roadmap to the standard you need to meet.
- Close the gaps that matter. We supply the tooling the roadmap calls for — identity and MFA, patching, application control, endpoint protection and vulnerability scanning — selected against its findings.
- Secure access to operational technology. Dull provides zero-trust remote access to OT environments, granting a session to a specific asset for a specific task rather than opening up a network segment.
Support & Renewals
Ongoing account management for everything you buy through us. We keep track of what you own and when its support falls due, so each renewal is a considered commercial decision rather than a last-minute one.
- A clear view of what you own. We maintain a register of your equipment, serial numbers, support contracts and licence terms, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
- Renewals raised well ahead of time. We let you know when support and licences are coming due, giving you room to make the right decision before the date arrives.
- Advice on the right option. Renew at the same level, move to a lower tier for equipment that isn’t critical to operations, or replace it altogether. We’ll set out the options and recommend the one that makes sense.
